With you, we will design your dream build.   We will create plans and submit those drawings to the local planning office and see them through to a decision, all for a one-off fee. We will then provide you with a quotation for the works.  If you later decide to choose MaxLee for your build service too, we will provide the design service absolutely free of charge.
