New Build Completed!

We have had a fantastic 9 months working on this new build project for our clients. All work undertaken on the project was constructed by MaxLee Group, from the first shovel in the ground to the last bit of landscaping!

We are delighted with the new house that Maxlee Group built for us from scratch.  It was a “self-build” project of a four-bed detached dwelling, on a brownfield site at the bottom of our garden and we were quite nervous about having to live for nine months with builders in close proximity.  However, the Maxlee team, Buster, Damon and their tradesmen, were a model of politeness, diligence and helpfulness; it was a pleasure to work with them and they collaborated very effectively with our architect. There are some tricky design features, well executed, and the build quality is excellent; a few minor snagging problems have been sorted without fuss; and the house was handed over in a beautifully clean condition.  Weather and supply issues delayed us by three weeks, but the team was always on site pushing the job to completion. Maxlee defy many of the stereotypes of the traditional house-builder and we would recommend them wholeheartedly.
